Returns and Refunds Policy

At Not Another Coffee Mug, we’re all about making sure you love what you’ve ordered! If something isn’t quite right, we’ll do our best to fix it. Here’s how we handle returns and refunds:

Returns

We gladly accept returns on most items within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition it arrived. If you’d like to start a return, just shoot us an email at support@notanothercoffeemug.com with your order number and reason for the return. We’ll guide you through the process and provide a return shipping label, if necessary. Return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to an error on our part (like receiving the wrong item or a damaged product).

Personalized & Custom Products

Because personalized and custom-made items are crafted just for you, these cannot be returned or refunded unless there’s a defect or error in the product. Please double-check your custom details before placing an order—once it’s made, it’s yours to keep!

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll send you an email to let you know if your refund has been approved. If everything checks out, your refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

If something arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, we’re happy to send you a replacement at no extra cost. Just contact us at support@notanothercoffeemug.com, and we’ll get things sorted out.
